Kathey Pear, co-founder of FACILITYcycle has been involved in the commercial real estate business for more than 30 years.

Kathey opened Citron WorkSpaces back in 2004. But she’s not new to the business! Kathey founded and was President of Pear Commercial Interiors, one of the largest office furniture dealers in Colorado. Pear was sold to U.S. Office Products in 1996, and Kathey left that company in 1998.

Kathey is the creative spirit behind FACILITYcycle, and the reason why we are helping develop even more solutions to the problem of facilities waste.  Check out our blog to find out more about what we are doing!
